PSL Scholarship

The Portsmouth Service League is thrilled to announce the creation of the PSL Scholarship Fund, to be distributed through the Southeast Virginia Community Foundation. The two available scholarships of $1,500 will honor an exemplary Portsmouth woman who is seeking advancement in her education and who gives of her time and talents to the community by living our vision:

“To empower innovative women to lead and serve while leaving a positive legacy on the community and each other.”

The recipient of this scholarship will be a woman residing in Portsmouth who is continuing her education (college, technical school, graduate school, or other applicable professional training) while maintaining a strong commitment to serving her community. Additional requirements apply.

The deadline for submitting applications is April 15, 2023.
